Belmonte Arboretum

Belmonte Arboretum, a former estate, was arranged as an arboretum, after 1951, by the University of Wageningen. Since 2012 it is the hands of Belmonte Arboretum Foundation (SBA).
It has one of the largest collections of rhododendrons in the Benelux (1500 species). The Belmonte Arboretum has also important collections of apple trees, ornamental cherries, maple trees, magnolias and birch.
