Botanic Garden Vauville Castle
Castles & Country Houses, Gardens & Parks
Jardin Botanique du Château de Vauville (5 ha), surrounding the magnificent castle (from the XIIth and XVIth Century), houses over 1,000 species of plants from the southern hemisphere.
The garden was created by perfumier and traveller Eric Pellerin and his spouse Nicole in 1948. Their work was continued in the 80’s by his son Guillaume Pellerin and his wife Cléophée de Turckheim, who “passed the trowel” to Eric Pellerin and Guillaume de Lestrange in 2017.
