The Budapest Hall of Art, Budapest Kunsthalle or Palace of Art, is dedicated to contemporary art, through rotating exhibitions of works by local and regional artists. The historical building was designed by Albert Schickedanz, and opened in 1896 as part of the country’s millennium celebrations.
