Charleston Farmhouse & Garden
Gardens & Parks
Charleston Farmhouse was the country home of Virginia Woolf's sister and her husband Duncan Grant. It became a meeting place for the famous Bloomsbury set. The house and garden are reflecting their artistic personalities.
Today the house has been restored and is maintained by the Charleston Trust, set up in 1980. There is also an exhibition gallery, a shop and a small tearoom. Charleston hosts a number of events every year, such as the Charleston Festival.
