Dunham Masey Hall

Castles & Country Houses, Event, Film & Wedding Hire, Gardens & Parks
Dunham Masey Hall dates back to the 17th century when it was built for the Earls of Warrington. By inheritance it has been owned the Earls of Stamford until 1976, at the death the last and 10th earl, when it became in the hands by the National Trust.

However the family still lives in a part of the House.

The Hall contains beautiful collections of furniture, paintings, a library containing original books and silver, in particular an extensive handcrafted Huguenot silverware collection, amassed by the 2nd Earl of Warrington.

The Hall is surrounded by park and gardens, with avenues, lawns, an Edwardian parterre, the Winter Garden, a lake...There is also a 122 ha (300 acres) deer park, dating back to the Middle Ages.

Dunham Masey Hall is also a wedding venue.
