La Boverie, Museum of Fine Arts

Gardens & Parks, Museums & Art Centres
LA BOVERIE is a fine arts museum and a centre for international exhibitions. It plays host to the Liège Fine Arts museum and a brand new area for organization of temporary exhibitions.

One storey of the building hosts the City of Liège Fine Arts collections from the Renaissance to our own days (Lambert Lombard, Gerard De Lairesse, Ingres, Gauguin, Chagall, Picasso, Evenepoel, Delvaux, Magritte...).

The exhibition route is accessible to all and boasts an interactive guide in four languages.

La Boverie has a partnership with the Louvre, providing artistic consultancy services.

The Parc de la Boverie, located between the Meuse and the "Dérivation" canal, includes the rose garden, the Nicolas Schöffer Tower and a modern pond. The building, which was constructed in 1905 World Expo, has taken on the name of “La Boverie”.
