Museums & Art Centres
Mannaminne is an open-air museum, created by the artist Anders Åberg (1945–2018) and his wife Barbro Åberg, featuring a combination of nature and culture, art and technique, history and future, locally and globally, from tiny to big things.
You can wander between an agriculture museum , art museums, a Chinese pavilion, a subway train, a locomotive and trams, houses from Hungary, Estonia, Norway and Sweden, a coastal museum, a traditional Norwegian church, a large handmade globe in its own house, an accordion museum, a science house with lots of vehicles, and much, much more.
Mannaminne offers also concerts, activities for children, temporary exhibitions, festivals and a lot of other events.
