The Maritime Museum is dedicated to the Spanish maritime history, from the 15th century to the present day, with particular attention to the role of Barcelona. The museum id housed in the Drassanes Reials de Barcelona, the royal arsenal of Barcelona.
The Gothic building dates from the 16th century, constructed on a dockyard from the Middle Ages.
