The National Museum of the Royal Navy Portsmouth brings the British Naval history to life. It showcases treasures from the past 350 years and examines the common threads which link the sailor of England’s ‘Wooden Walls’ to the professional crews of today.
At the Portsmouths Historic Dockyard you can find the historic attractions the HMS Victoria, best known for her role in the Battle of Trafalgar, the HMS Warrior, launched in 1860, as well as the HMS M.33, the last surviving Royal Navy ships from the First World War.
