The National Museum in Warsaw, dating back to 1862 (as the Museum of Fine Arts), features a large collection (830.000 items) of national and international works of art, from antiquity to the present including paintings, sculptures, drawings, prints, photographs, coins, as well as utilitarian objects and design.
