Pittencrieff House Museum & Park

Castles & Country Houses, Event, Film & Wedding Hire, Gardens & Parks, Museums & Art Centres
Pittencrieff House was constructed in 1610 and modified in 1731. In 1903 Andrew Carnegie, (1835 – 1919) the Scottish-American  business magnate acquired the property, developed the park, and gave it eventually to the citizens of Dunfermline.

The gardens and glasshouses have been wonderfully restored since 2016.

The house is used as a museum of local history.

The Glen Pavilion, an Art Deco-style building, is a venue for corporate and private events.
