Le Vergeur Museum
Monuments & Sites, Museums & Art Centres
Le Vergeur Museum, dating back to the 13th century, became property of the wealthy merchant Nicolas Le Vergeur, who transformed it in Renaissance style. Today the museum showcases the collections of its last private owner Hugues Krafft (1853-1935), which were enriched afterwards with many additional donations.
One of the most important donations was he complete and original series of prints from The Apocalypse and The Great Passion by Albrecht Dürer.
