Maria Luiza Park Sevilla
Gardens & Parks
Maria Luiza Park Sevilla was designed by the landscape architect Forestier and opened in 1929. They were formerly the private gardens of the Telmo Palace. These grounds were donated in 1893 by the Infanta Maria Luisa Fernanda de Borbón (the Duchess of Montpensier).
It is a famous park in Sevilla, with romantic and arabesque features, such as the fountains and pavilions, which have survived the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929.
