The Musée des Avelines is the Museum of art and history of the city of Saint-Cloud and consequently dedicated to the history and heritage of its municipality, through the presentation of its permanent collections and temporary exhibitions.
The museum is housed in the Villa Brunet, former property of the rich industrialist and art collector, Alfred Daniel-Brunet (1882-1943).
