The Muséum national Jean-Jacques Henner is dedicated to the life and work of the painter Jean-Jacques Henner (1829-1905), winner of the prestigious Grand Prix de Rome art scholarship in 1858.
The museum in housed within an 1878 mansion, formerly owned by the painter Guillaume Dubufe, acquired by Henner's niece in 1921.
