The Sukiennice Gallery, located in the iconic heritage Renaissance building The Cloth Hall (Sukiennice), is a branch of the National Museum showcasing 19th-Century Polish painting and sculpture, in four grand exhibition halls.
- The Bacciarelli Room: Representing the Enlightenment period
- The Michalowski Room: Representing the Romantic period.
- The Siemiradzki Room: Works of the second half of the 19th century
- The Chelmonski Room: Realism, Polish Impressionism, Beginnings of Symbolism
The building, The Cloth Hall, is a large market hall erected in the 13th century in the middle of the Market Square, extended in the 14th century in the Gothic style and remodelled in the mid-16th century after Renaissance fashion.
