The Ethnographic Open-Air Museum of Latvia, located on 87 hectares with 118 buildings and 3000 items, promotes Latvia's traditional culture and lifestyle. The museum's collection contains about 150.000 artefacts.
The museum holds yearly many cultural events, such as folk concerts and the annual traditional craft fair.
