Le Cenacolo di Sant'Apollonia is the former refectory or dining hall of the former Benedictine convent Sant'Apollonia, dating back to 1339. It is famous for the well-conserved fresco 'The Last Supper', by Andrea del Castagno (c. 1419 – 1457) and other works of him, as well as works of Neri di Bicci, Paolo Schiavo and Raffaello da Montelupo.
