Ghent University Botanical Garden covers 2.75 ha, 4 000 m² of which are heated and unheated greenhouses, and houses ten thousand species.
The Ghent University Botanical Garden was established at its present location in 1902 and is adjacent to the Citadel Park in Ghent (Belgium).
