Joan Miro Park
Gardens & Parks
Joan Miro Park was built in early 1980s where was once the municipal slaughterhouse. It was designed by a group young artists, headed by Beth Gali, setting the park around a cement plaza.
The plaza is meant to host all kind of activities and events. There is a water channel and a 22-metre-high sculpture, The Woman and Bird, from Miro.
