The Museum of Contemporary Design and Applied Arts-MUDAC is focusing on bringing together design with the applied arts and contemporary art. It hosts between five and eight exhibitions a year, alternating thematic projects with “carte blanche” events for designers.
In the very near future, the museum will be located in the PLATEFORME 10, which is meant to house the MCBA (Musée Cantonal des Beaux-Arts), the Musée de l'Elysée, the MUDAC (Museum of Contemporary Design and Applied Arts), as well as the Toms Pauli and the Félix Vallotton Foundations.
