Hospice Comtesse, a 15th-18th century building, is today the Museum for Art and History of the city of Lille. The hospice originally dates back to 1236 when it was built for Countess Joan of Flanders.

The collection contains furniture, paintings, ceramics and other objects of art from the 16th to the 20th century.

The museum is also a venue for corporate and private events for 10-500 guests.
