The garden includes herbs, roses, lawns, shrubberies, herbaceous planting and vegetable and fruit growing. In addition, there is a large conservation area with the world's first public biodynamic garden.

Furthermore the Heritage Seed Library conserves a great variety of threatened vegetable species, and the award-winning onsite restaurant offers delicious (organic) menus.
