Monuments & Sites, Museums & Art Centres
The Stedelijk Museum Kampen, located in the former town hall of Kampen, is dedicated to four pillars which shaped the history of Kampen: water, religion, justice and the House of Orange.
The Town Hall dates from 1545, of which the Schepenzaal, where justice has been conducted since the Middle Ages, is its centre piece.
In addition to its permanent exhibitions, the museum also hosts regularly changing exhibitions.
