Öster-Malma Castle dates back to the 1660s, when it was built by the Swedish Board of Custom’s administrator, Wilhelm Drakenhjelm. The house displays representative rooms with castle furniture, Hunting history and Modern Natural Art.
The castle presents a permanent art exhibition from the art association Nordic Wildlife Art.
There is also a wildlife park with moose, mouflon, fallow and red deer in their natural environment.
In addition, Öster-Malma is a venue for corporate and private events, such as weddings, receptions, dinners...
The castle is open Wednesdays and Fridays 13,00 - 14,00. You are welcome to walk around on your own. Free entry. Guided tours with entry-fee.
