Santa Clotilde Gardens
Gardens & Parks
Santa Clotilde Gardens were made early 20th century, in the manner of the Italian Renaissance by Nicolau Rubió i Tuduri, an admirer of the landscape architect Forestier. The gardens are positioned around the Escala de las Sirenes, the steps of the Sirens.
The Santa Clotilde Gardens are generally considered as a model of the 'noucentista garden', an early twentieth-century movement for intellectual and aesthetic renewal.
