The Carmen Thyssen Museum displays the personal collection of Baroness Carmen Thyssen-Bornemisza, the fifth wife of Baron Hans Heinrich Thyssen-Bornemisza (1921 – 2002), the industrialist and art collector. (see Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Madrid)
The collection is very much focused on Spanish, in particular Andalusian painting, and is housed in a converted 16th century mansion.
