Coole Park, the former home of Lady Gregory, the famous dramatist and folklorist, is today a nature reserve (around 390 ha/1000 acres) with a walled garden and extensive woodland.
It includes also the "Seven Woods" made famous by Irish poet W. B. Yeats. Unfortunately, the house doesn't stand anymore.
