Dunninald Castle, with a history of over thousand years, is today a family home where visitors are welcome to enjoy this beautiful spot of cultural heritage with a walled garden and a wild garden. The walled garden offers a stunning venue for your outdoor wedding ceremony.
The house as we see it today was commissioned in 1811 by the new owner, Peter Arkley. It was designed in the gothic revival style by James Gillespie Graham and completed in 1824.
