The Maarjamäe Palace, built in 1874, was once the summer residence of the Russian Count Anatoli Orlov-Davydov, and belongs today to the Estonian History Museum. The museum's permanent exhibition 'My Free County', takes visitors on a journey of 100 years, from the birth of the Republic of Estonia to the present.
Also the playful 'Children’s Republic', combines the real world and the fantasy world.
