The Galway City Museum offers permanent and temporary exhibitions related to Galway’s rich cultural heritage, past and present.The museum is housed in a modern building on the banks of the River Corrib and overlooking the famous Spanish Arch.
The museum's collection of over 1000 object have been donated over the years by the citizens of Galway.
