The Derryglad Folk and Heritage Museum, opened in 1998, is dedicated to the story of Derryglad's  rural community through a collection of everyday objects, which has grown to more than 7,500 objects. The museum was founded by Charlie Finneran, who operates it with his wife Bridie.
