Municipal Gallery in Lenbach House, located in the former residence of the famous portrait painter Franz von Lenbach (1836 – 1904), collects, conserves, studies, and presents the art of the nineteenth century, the Blauer Reiter, the New Objectivity, as well as international contemporary art.
