Palazzo Corsini, still privately owned, was built from the mid-17th to the 18th centuries. It has an elegant interior with an impressive entrance staircase, frescoes, beautiful furniture, statues...The palace has a town garden in Renaissance style.
Several architects have been involved during the relatively long period of completion; Alfonso Parigi the Younger, Fredinando Tacca and Antonio Ferra.
In addition, several outstanding artists have been commissioned for the embellishment of the 'piano nobile', such as the painters Anton Domenico Gabbiani, Alessandro Gherardini and Pier Dandin.
The palace is a venue for corporate and private events, such as film, receptions, weddings...
Palazzo Corsini is open to visitors, by appointment, from Monday to Friday.
