Princess Street Gardens

Princess Street Gardens, covering 15 ha (37 acres), were created in the 1770s and in the 1820s. It is divided in two parts by The Mound, the artificial hill connecting the Old Town and the New Town.
It features the 'Floral Clock' and the Victorian iron Ross Fountain. Every year around Christmas time, the East Gardens are transformed into 'Winter Wonderland'.
