Waterperry Gardens

Gardens & Parks, Museums & Art Centres
Waterperry Gardens, covering 5.2 ha (13 acres), were started in the 1930s by Beatrix Havergal. Today the gardens include a formal knot garden, herbaceous borders, a rose garden, a water-lilly canal, an alpine garden and 2 ha (5 acres) of commercial orchards.

The orchards produce the famous Waterperry apple juice.

There is also the Museum of Rural Life, a garden shop, a gallery, gift shop, tea shop and a plant centre.

For more detailed information, see website

The garden has the National Collection of Kabschia saxifrages.
