Fairhaven Woodland & Water Garden

Fairhaven was bought by the 2nd Lord Fairhaven in 1946 and developed the garden until he passed away in 1973. After his death, in 1975, the garden was opened to the public.
The present Lord Fairhaven is chairman of the trustees and takes a great interest in the garden.
The garden consists of 57 ha ( 130 acres) of ancient woodland and water garden. The garden offers also a bird hide, boat trips, a tea room, gift shop and a plant sales area.
Fairhaven Woodland & Water Garden is open 364 days of the year.
